The Devereaux room features plentiful overhead light, a full wall of north-facing windows with motorized window shades, and gallery lighting for its newly created art installation. Specialized theatrical lighting can also be provided upon request for an additional fee.
Media may be connected via VGA or HDMI wall jacks on the west wall. A 1/8″ Aux in wall jack is also available for audio connection. All media is displayed on a motorized screen through a Panasonic PT-RZ120 WUXGA laser projector. A Kramer RC8 wall-mounted controller allows for selection of video inputs.
Two (2) Shure ULX wireless handheld microphones and (1) Shure SM58 microphone are provided with each rental. All audio inputs are processed by a Denon DN-312X 12 channel rack mixer. Audio reinforcement is provided by (3) QSC AC26T 2-way 30w passive loudspeakers and a QSC ADS28Tx 250w subwoofer. A Kramer RC8 wall-mounted controller allows the master volume of the speakers to be adjusted.
A Denon Professional DN-200BR Bluetooth Receiver is provided to connect Bluetooth devices to the audio system. (On your device, please “Forget” this receiver at the end of your event.)
Concerts and Recitals
For events when more inputs are required, a mobile sound system will be deployed for an additional fee. A Midas M32R digital console with a Midas DL32 digital stage box are utilized. Audio Reinforcement is provided by up to (2) QSC K12 1000w 2-way speakers and (4) QSC KW181 18″ 1000w active subwoofers. Monitors are dBTechnologies VIO W15T, VIO W10, or RCF NX12SMA active wedges.
