HEARING LOOP TECHNOLOGY:

• The Rialto has a Hearing Loop to enhance your listening experience!
• Guests with telecoilenabled hearing aids or cochlear implants. Simply switch your hearing device to the “T-coil” (telecoil) or “M1” program.
• The telecoil program must be activated by a hearing professional. If you are unsure if your hearing device has a telecoil in it, please consult your audiologist.
• Receivers and headsets are available for checkout at the box office for those without a personal hearing device or telecoil.

PHYSICAL ACCESSIBILITY AT THE RIALTO:

People often have questions about the location of the Rialto’s wheelchair seating and number of stairs they may have to navigate.  This video is designed to help answer these questions about the visitor experience as well as  show the location of the ticket office, restrooms, elevators, and width of the aisles.

Tickets to events and performances at the Rialto Theater Center are available online, by phone, and at the Rialto Theater Center Box Office.

BOX OFFICE:

• Summer Hours (resumes after Memorial Day) -Tuesday & Thursday: 12:30 – 5:30 pm
• Fall Hours (resumes after Labor Day weekend) – Tuesday & Thursday: 12:30 – 5:30 pm; Friday: 3:00 – 5:30 pm
• Box Office is open 60 minutes before ticketed events for ticket sales to that event only.

TICKETING FAQ:

• We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover during box office hours and Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover by phone or online.
• Ticketing fees apply to all purchases (listed above)
• Tickets ordered two weeks or more before a performance can be mailed to you.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather unless event has been cancelled.
• Please notify the box office when you purchase your tickets if wheelchair space or handicapped-accessible seating is needed.
• Senior discount starts at age 62 (when applicable).
• Group discounts are available for some shows. Ask the box office how you can save on tickets for your class, business or organization.
• Gift Certificates are available for purchase through the box office and can be redeemed for any event held at the Rialto Theater.
• Rialto Theater Ticket Vouchers can be redeemed for select events. Please contact the box office for details: (970) 962-2120.

• The Rialto Theater is located in Downtown Loveland, Colorado at 228 E 4th St.
• Parking is free in Downtown Loveland and is available on most streets, side streets and a parking garage at the Foundry Plaza.
