Steve Lemmon, Theater Manager

As the Rialto Theater Manager, Steve curate’s cultural experiences. At its simplest, this involves inviting performers and audiences into the same room in hopes of creating a connection. When this works, there really is nothing better. Steve is married to Tamara and has four kids, a golden retriever, a feral cat who came in the house and never left. The family enjoys skiing, golfing, and fly fishing in beautiful Colorado.


Phil Baugh, Technical Coordinator

Phil Baugh began working for the Rialto in 2020. With over 15 years of experience as a technician, musician, and performer in the performing arts communities of Michigan and Colorado, Phil is very happy to bring his unique technical career experiences to the variety of shows brought to the Rialto stage. Whether through music, film, or theatre, Phil believes in the power of the arts to connect people to the goodness, hope, and beauty of our world.


Dennis Fisher, Assistant Technical Coordinator

Dennis began his association with the Rialto Theater in 2004 by volunteering with the tech crew averaging 3-4 productions a month for the next ten years. During that time, he also provided technical lighting assistance to various local groups including Loveland Opera Theater and Loveland Choral Society. In 2014, Dennis retired early from his 35-year career in Colorado watershed and forestry work to accept the position of Assistant Technical Coordinator for the Rialto. His primary role includes lighting design and operation, along with insuring all the backstage gear and equipment stays in working order.


Roberta Cox, Theater Coordinator

Roberta Cox is the Theater Coordinator at the City of Loveland/Rialto Theater.  She is originally from Anoka, Minnesota (aka The Halloween Capital of the World®…😊) where she comes from an extensive background in sales as well as volunteering at a small pocket theater.  Her two-year volunteer stint at the Rialto grew into a full-time position. Working with the most awesome volunteers and managing events along with her administrative duties has been a dream job!


Heather Rubald, Assistant Theater Coordinator

Heather worked for 20 years on the performance side the theater biz as an actress, costumer and director. In 2019 she joined the Rialto Administrative Team as the Assistant Theater Coordinator. She now works primarily with the theater calendar and the community scheduling the Rialto’s rental events. She is an inaugural member of the Loveland Creative District Board and served four years on the city of Loveland Cultural Services Board. She is also an active member of the Loveland visual arts community and creates upcycled art from post-consumer plastic.


Mikayla Adair, Marketing Coordinator

With over six years of marketing experience related to tourism, arts, culture, music and events in Colorado, Mikayla works primarily in all channels of marketing, PR, websites and social media for the Rialto. Joining the Rialto staff this year in 2021, she is excited to bring her background of destination marketing and blend it with the fantastic qualities, history and events of the Rialto.
